Stable Events, organiser of the Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is opening up the opportunity to secure sponsorship at the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship (18-21 September 2025) by making packages available as an interactive online auction – the like of which has never been seen before. The team has come up with an innovative solution to make this system of securing sponsorship as a fairer way to bring a wider range of brands and businesses on board to support the event and benefit their company.  The online auction will include sponsorship packages for cross country fences, hospitality lodges and much more.

It is likely that due to the nature of the event this year, more UK & European businesses will want to be involved in the horse trials – the first time that the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship has been hosted in the UK for 10 years and twenty years since it was last at Blenheim Palace. In order to spread the message as far and wide as possible and therefore open up opportunities to those who want to be involved, the horse trials team are launching an online auction to secure a range of sponsorship prospects.

The auction will be live from 1st March 2025 to browse the available lots and bidding will open on 17th until 28th March on a specialist, sophisticated auction site where those who are interested can log in, search for lots which will have detailed descriptions, browse a map which shows where each lot is located and submit their bid. For fence sponsorships, visitors to the site will be able to view similar fences from last year, to get an idea of how their branding would look.

There will still be the opportunity to put together bespoke sponsorship packages for those looking for something special for their brand. The sponsorship team are on hand to bring the vision to life for each and every business who wants to be involved in this special event.

Managing Director of Stable Events, James Gower comments, “the task of organising the horse trials, particularly with the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship element of it, is vast. We want it to be as fair as possible and there may be businesses in Europe who we don’t know but who want to be involved. We are excited to be bringing this initiative to the equestrian world and to increase the chances of reaching a wider market to give them the opportunity to be part of this iconic event. We hope this is something that other events are able to adopt in the future to enhance the sponsorship opportunities and ultimately, the visitor experience.”

The horse trials offer so much more than just the competition element of the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship and the CCI4*-S 8&9 year old class. The shopping on offer is exceptional, with over 200 tradestands, which is combined with a wide variety of entertainment for eventing fans and families alike. There are so many ways for visitors to view the action too – from grandstand seating for the best views in the main arena or a picnic in lakeside parking to be up close to the cross country action.
