Agria FEI Eventing European Championship at Blenheim Palace ,offer a variety of grassroots competitions, including the Eventer Challenge, Pony Club Team Showjumping, ROR Dressage Championship, and ROR Showing Series Qualifier. These events cater to a range of disciplines, showcasing the talents of our diverse competitors.
Eventer Challenge
Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials Eventer challenge, is an grassroots competition.Pony Club & Riding Club Teams from all over the country are invited from to compete in either the 90cm or 100cm classes.
The Eventer Challenge is a ‘Derby’Style competition with a section of 8-10 show-jumps leading to 6-8 efforts over portable fixed Cross- Country Fences and finishing over a joker fence.
Eventer Challenge 90cm
SJ section – maximum height 0.95m – maximum spread 1.40m
XC section – maximum height 0.95m – maximum spread 1.50m
Overall speed 360 mpm
Eventer Challenge 100cm
SJ section – maximum height 1.05m – maximum spread 1.55m
XC section – maximum height 1.05m – maximum spread 1.80m
Overall speed 375 mpm
This competition is run in conjunction with BRC and PC rules.
ROR Competitions
RoR Southern Regional Dressage Championships
A regional championship series for those competing at Intro to Medium levels. Open to all RoR registered horses including raced, foreign raced and those who have been in training that hold current RoR competition membership.
This Regional Championship is a qualifier for the RoR National Dressage Horse Championships 2025

ROR Showing Series
RoR’s Showing Series is for everyone – amateur and professional alike.
Qualifiers for RoR Series Finals at Hickstead and the Jockey Club RoR National Championships are held all over the country, throughout the year, with both Ridden and In-Hand classes to take part in.
Eligibility: Open In-Hand and Amateur qualifiers are open to all RoR registered horses including raced, foreign raced and those who have been in training that hold current RoR competition membership.
Open Ridden and Novice qualifiers are only open to GB raced former racehorses that hold current RoR competition membership.

Pony Club Team ShowJumping
Pony Club branches from across the UK are sending their riders to compete in 90 & 100cm single phase SJ classes. Teams consist of 4 riders with the 3 best scores counting towards the final score. Please come and join us to see some potential Blenheim Horse Trials riders of the future competing in the Churchill Arena
COMPETITION: The competition will be run in the new Churchill Arena in accordance with the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024.Each team will consist of 3 or 4 members with 3 scores to count. All members of each team will jump consecutively. No pony can compete more than once in the same class.
ENTRIES will be taken on a first come, first served basis with branches able to enter up to TWO teams in each class.
We will also accept mixed teams – teams made up of individual members of different branches from the same Area but only if a branch is not fielding a team in the class.
Pony Club Mounted Games
Action packed fun, the Pony Club Mounted Games is a must watch for all young horse lovers at Blenheim.
We welcome teams of four or five ponies and riders aged 7 to 15 years old from the Home Counties to take part in a series of exciting and thrilling games.
Our talented Junior and Senior riders from all over the country take part in team competitions from April onwards qualifying for the Pony Club Championships and then the Prince Phillip Cup held at Horse of the Year Show (HOYS).
